The Archive of Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the Social Federal Republic of Yugoslavia from 1947 to 1980
Taking over the archival materials of the Office of the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the Social Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, which was kept in the Archives of Josip Broz Tito was completed on July 16, 2009.
In total, 216 boxes-folders were taken over, whereas 183 boxes have the archival lists. The boxes with the serial numbers from 184 to 208 have subjects in accordance with register office’s books for a period from 1978 to 1980. Registration materials whose expiration date has passed can be found in the boxes with serial numbers from 209 to 211. The boxes 212 and 213 have inventory books and copies; the box 214 has original inventory books and the box 215 has reviews of decisions and speeches of President Tito. The register office’s books from 1978 to 1980 are in the box 216.
The archival material, whose expiration date of 50 years has not passed since the date of its creation, is closed for researchers.
