The Military Archives reading room is open daily from 8:30-14:00, except weekends.
The Military Archive is located within the barracks "Žarkovo", near the last stop of bus line number 51 "Bele Vode".

FOREIGN CITIZENS cannot contact the Military Archive directly. Please, read “Procedure for the use of archival material” in section USE OF ARCHIVES.
Recommendation for users – please write to the Military Archives e-mail to get informed if the archival material needed for research is kept in the Military Archives.
The entire archival materials of the Military Archives are of military provenance and arranged in line with then-existing military formations and units structure, which were valid during a certain historic period and apply to all the funds of the Military Archives. If a researcher seeks information on the person, he/she needs to have a basic knowledge of the military unit where the person served.
